- The customer orders a dish
- The waiter asks if the customer would like a drink
- The customer orders a drink

- The waiter asks the customer if the food is O.K.
- The customer replies with his:her opinion
Answer the following questions :
- What skills have you got?
- Which sector of activity are you interested in?
- What product or services are you interested in developing?
- What is their use?
- Define your potential market (who, where...)
- How you will you sell your products/services?
- Where you are going to set up your business and why?
- Who is going to be in charge? Describe the management team and each person's title and responsibility.
- How many outlets/branches does your company have?
- How many employees?
